Weight reduction is is my priority. The truth is, is is my topmost priority. I was new to the situation where I almost skip two meals a day in order to lose weight. That does not include the supplements and medications I am presently taking to prevent me from gaining more weight. I forgot how it started, I used to weigh 115 lbs. in the last two years. I just improve my appetite to eat foods and even if I do regular exercise, I got surprised when I weigh heavier in the scales. My friend told be about the Medifast Diet plan. At first I was hesitant, since I am not very familiar with diet plans. Also, I do not know if I can bear the adjustment needed because it’s a diet plan, and I have to be in control of my eating habits as well as the right timing on when to eat and what to eat. I am glad that Medifast is not so much to be adjusted to. And it promises a lot in my desire to look better by trimming my weight.
Positive results started to happen, wherever this diet plan brings me, I believe it will be the start of something new in my life. And I am very thankful with that.
